It is wise to have supplies in your car for unexpected events. Along with the Get Home Bag above, having the items in the link below are a good way to make sure you are ready for any situation that may come up. I've looked at many different lists out there and some are crazy long that I'd need to pull a trailer to carry everything on the list, to others that are small and don't help in many possible situations.
